3+ years’ experience in system support, coding or operations.3+ years experience with monitoring tools Appdynamics, DataDog,.BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required.Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.Maintain a knowledge base and incident run sheet per system, resolutions and known errors.Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues.Setup application health alerts using monitoring tools.Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.Drive Problem tasks resolutions with engineering teams.Mentor and guide Junior First Responders.Increase monitoring coverage across applications. Maintain Monitoring Backlog/Prioritisation.Experience with secrets management (e.g.The First Responder is on the front line of operational support and customer service, responding to system incidents in a timely manner and continuously reducing their number and impact.Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts.Experience with Puppet or other configuration management solution.Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
